Provo City Center Temple

We were so happy to tour our new Provo temple this morning before school. Very beautiful inside. Rich pioneer architecture. Simply lovely!

Ice castles

On Wednesday, we went with Grammy and Grandpa to see the ice castles in Midway. It was dark, but we tried to snap a few pictures. 

 

Outdoors

We are loving the easy access to the outdoors from our new cabin. Here we are on the Bonneville Shoreline trail and in Rock Canyon. 

Ruth's new room

Yesterday I painted Ruth's new room with mountains. She loved it so much that she put herself to bed early last night all by herself. I love it when she does that. 

Our mountain climber

We are loving living in the mountains again. This afternoon Ruth hiked to the mouth of Rock Canyon. She more especially enjoyed climbing the rocks at the top. She did great.

We bought a house!

It's official. We bought a mountain cabin in Provo, Utah and are here to stay. The inside needs a bit of personalizing to make it our own but we are excited to get to work.

I took a few pictures from the outside to share because words simply don't do it justice. First is the front of the house. Note the view of Utah Lake in the west.
